  • Coaching: We provide coaching to support senior leaders transitioning into new roles.

  • Developing middle managers: We help middle managers struggling with confidence presenting to key stakeholders due to their positions growing and changing. We build techniques in their own style.

  • Setting up mentoring programs: We provide a framework for the program to manage expectations and resources and training for the program to be self-sufficient.

  • Training new managers: We provide training to new managers around the foundations for new team leaders to be highly effective. We deliver a toolkit with resources that will help get best out of a team, exploring communication styles, managing good and challenging performance, setting expectations, communicating effectively, delegating tasks and responsibilities, building and leading teams, managing conflict, and motivating employees.
