Helen is a Business Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the media industry. She has held senior television production roles in both the public and private sectors, including Production Executive and Line Producer. Helen has worked on a wide range of large, live broadcasting events, such as Royal Concerts, Saturday night entertainment, and live telethon shows.

Now, she partners with organizations to empower talent creatively and increase their confidence and performance. She works across a range of creative sectors, including media, charity, government, and financial services. Her work focuses on providing training, individual leadership assessments, mentoring, coaching, framework design, and leadership development workshops.
